Privacy notice

Nudge is in an early pilot. This notice explains plainly what happens to what you capture.

What we collect

• Your email address, so you can sign in and receive your briefing if you turn it on.
• The text of what you capture, plus the title, type and date Nudge assigns to it.
• Your timezone setting.

Voice recordings

When you record, the audio is sent to our transcription provider, turned into text, and then discarded. We do not store your recordings.

Who processes your data

• Supabase stores your account and notes.
• OpenAI transcribes recordings and sorts your notes. Under its API terms, data sent through the API is not used to train its models by default.
• Resend delivers briefing emails.
• Vercel hosts the app.

These providers may process data outside the UAE.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
• We don't read your other chats, emails or contacts.
• We don't use your notes to train AI models.

Your controls

In Settings you can turn the briefing on or off, download everything you've captured, and permanently delete your account and all notes.

During the pilot

Please don't capture passwords, card numbers, health details or confidential work information.
